　　Taking scientific and technological innovation as prime power, regarding product quality as enterprise’s life, promoting total quality control, strictly adhering to GMP of medicine production, Lingrui Pharmaceutical has set up its modern quality inspection center equipped with advanced checkout equipment such as　“ultraviolet spectrophotometer”, 　“high efficiency liquid phase chromatograph”, 　“gas chromatograph” and “folium scanner”, further improved management of production equipment and technological process, carried out periodical GMP training in rotation to all the employees, continuously improved operation quality of quality control personnel, set up quality control system of 3 levels, namely, the company, workshop and squad or group, implemented the rule of quality control giving the final word from raw material purchase, to each working procedure of production process, and to product release, implemented strict quality control and guaranteed to provide fine
quality products to the market.
　　This company set up its Enterprise Technical Center in 1999 which passed acceptance through examination of the provincial level in 1999 and made investment to expansion as the company’s listed item and set up its checkout center, test center and scientific and technological information center. The company carries out QC group activities all the year round to tackle key technical problems, has been repeatedly praised by the state and the province. In June 2001, this company’s workshops of rubber plaster, granule and capsule smoothly passed GMP authentication of the state, and this company became the first enterprise passing GMP authentication in the
domestic rubber plaster medicine industry.
